outspoken: he is loud and proud. the boy is not about to change his person for a soul! the boy has always said what is on his mind and feels like saying. people have tried to tone him down, but no one really does. he tones down a little though bit when he is around hope, but he is still outspoken with her and tells her what is on his mind. he's not afraid to speak up and out. he is really assertive with his words to. he is not afraid to tell someone where they can stick it. the boy used to get in trouble at school and he hasn't really altered himself sense, because he was givin this voice for a reason...and he knows how to use it even if its not always appropriate.

stubborn: the boy when he is set his mind on something or see something one way or another. he has a thick skull and he isn't easily swayed. if he doesn't want to do something then he won't. the boy doesn't mean to be a butch but he is pretty much set in his ways. he has a reason mostly to be.. he works hard and has been through a lot and finds it the way to be. he finds this to be a good quality rather than a bad one, but pry just the same its hard to get through to him because while he's a good listener he just doesnt want to hear he wont hear it. like with his parents that is a subject that he won't budge on!

funny: the boy has a weird sense of humor but he is very funny and he knows how to laugh things off. the boy knows how to make people laugh as well whether it be dirty, creative, or just him randomly rambling off into a funny little rant! the boy figures another quality in life is to have a good sense of humor because a poor one makes you boring. he likes to goof off a lot as well...kind of like back in the day and act immature which a lot of people find rather funny! sometimes its nice to let go and just be funny and wild. it reminds him of the good old high school days even if they weren't so long ago. where he could turn a head and get a laugh.

supportive: the guy is very supportive of choices people want to make. he feels that it is good to support decisions of friends and family because that makes one feel good about what they're choosing to do and someone is behind them. though that doesnt mean he wont give you a opinion first and for most. he is supportive of his little sister in ther literal sense that he supports her finacially. the boy is completely sweet in the sense because he only likes to push people to succeed. with his old band he pushed them on to do bigger and better things without him and his friends he advises them to do what they love and fully support whatever it they are doing. without trying you fail and if someone doesn't say you can sometimes and give you a push you won't, because no one can hand it to you and with someone believing you its just the push one needs.

passionate: the boy is passionate about life because he knows you can only do it wants and he wants to say he did it his way. the boy is passionate when it comes to family and the people that comes into his life and he loves. he shows his passionate side and its rather charasmatic. he is also passionate about his music and wishing to push through with it and be something big. he is passionate about life though in the sense that everyday he lives is a good day. when he sets his mine to something he likes to give it his all. there is no point in doing something if you have no passion for it in his opinion, because not giving it your all..is just half assing it and he doesn't think half assing anything is cool. he has to have that fire and see that fire.

father: his father is named byron michael ballard. he is currently forty-one. he is also known as bb, back in colton. his father is in and out of jail for getting popped with drugs, but they dont ever find a substantial ammount to keep him locked up for long. he is the known dealer in colton california. the boy can't stand him because he is always high himself and just an idiot with no goals and no life. he wished he had a dad to look up too but he gave up many moons ago.

mother: his mothers name is crystal monique andrade, and she is thirty-seven years of age. the woman had him at sixteen years of age and was a good mom up until she got hooked on drugs and began to sell herself for money. it tore the family apart and he can't stand her. what is worse is the way he sees her take care of his little sister. the girl was neglected to the point of no end and currently has a restraining on her because her and her current boyfriend...got her drunk and let him have his way with her on film. of course she was high, but still. he thinks his mom is a stupid fuck.

siblings: his little sister is named abrielle elaine ballard, she is seventeen years old and the only family member he considers blood. the twenty one year old has custody of her until she is eighteen and she lives with him in his apartment. the two when he was nineteen and she was fifteen ran away to portland after the video was made and made their way in oregon for five months before they moved back. he decided huntington beach, would be a nice place for her to finish growing up and some place where no one would suspect the movie and learn about their family troubles.

other relatives: there are no other family members that really played too big of a picture in matthews life.

history: the boy was born on january 1, 1991 to two young parent's that did not have a clue. one answer was to sell drugs and the other answer was to prostitute herself. the young boy was trapped in kind of an ugly world. magically the sister he did get is blood somehow. he didn't know how his mother seemed to swing that one, but he's fully related to abrielle elaine ballard, and well his parents he doesn't claim. though not everything was so bad when you seemingly didn't understand what was going on. the young boy went to school came home and brought his sister too and from with him.

early on in stages of life the young boy was labeled a punk for the way he looked, but funny games he also liked to play. ding dong ditch, blow up someone's mail box, or even go coning. the story behind coning is to order ice cream pay for it grab the ice cream and then drive off leaving the person with the cone. it brought on some funny laughs and some confused ass drive through people. the young man though knew that life was meant for crazy moments like these when he was younger. to say you have accomplished an experience. not for a second was he about to twist something to anything less of an adventure.

he first picked up a guitar at the age of fourteen, but he knew that wasn't his calling. the was in a punk band for about two years and they ended up doing a type of music as referred to as ska or they did screamo. they played in some punk shows, but never really got noticed. a lot of people did not tend to understand it as well. though it never discouraged matty, because he feels alive when he is at the mic and he has fun. in his heart he knows that is more important then being noticed. he struggled with school and wanting to form and identity for himself. the boy went to parties and ended up being quite the mary jane fan, but that was to relax him and to get him through the day at school. he didn't like that he couldn't obtain knowledge, but he knew he just had to get through the four years the best way he knew how...to try through it even if his methods were not always right.

matthew managed to graduate when he was eighteen years old, and kind of start to build a life for himself by working part time in a pizza joint. yeah, matty was a delivery boy! though one day he came home and he experienced something crazy. it was after a show and the boy found his sister doubled over really a camera rolling and his moms drunk boyfriend taking away her glory. this was a horrid sight for him to see, because he didn't understand how his mother could sit back and watch her baby get raped...obviously she would never do this sober. he was out making an honest living while his mother was making a dishonest bed for her daughter. it was sickening!

that was when he called a lot quits. he packed up their shit and moved the two to portland oregon. they lived in the ghetto in a cheap ass apartment and he got her listed in school and forged his parents signatures for shit, but when the fifth month came along he knew that he just had to get the fuck out of the hell hole they called home. it was wearing on the younger girl and that is when he moved to a more expensive area. at first matty wasn't working at the watering hole(the job is actually recent) he was putting hours upon hours in at the snack shack to make ends meet. a more expensive area was hard, but he manned up and wanted to do what his parents didn't he wanted to create a better life for his sister. this was the biggest accomplishment in his world! making his blood have a beautiful life.

then he took his parents to court and it wasn't like it was much of a battle he ended up getting custody of his little sister until she is eighteen. the battle was not very hard and they did not put up much a fight which was sad, but at the same time the best for his sister. though he is not her parent he acts more like a parent then anyone else has ever had in her life. he doesn't like being a hypocrite, but he is really strict when it comes to her, because she's a bright young lady and he wants structure in her life. he was never really grounded by anyone but himself and he has a decent life, but he wishes more from her and for her. he knows she is meant to go on and do bigger and better things and he'll be the proud brother on the side lines.

they live in the apartments together with a dog they adopted from the animal shelter eight months ago. the dog was previously abused and is blind in one eye, but marley is a wonderful addtion to their family. they heve a pretty good relationship and it makes matty feel secure about leaving his sister home alone if he's at work because while he's friendly he's a dog and he can be mean if he figures something is wrong. he's pretty jealous of hope too because matty cuddles with her when she's over. though he spoils marley with good food just like he tries to provide for his home. he has a big heart when it comes to the animal and treats him like a king, because he knows he's had a tough life and he is deserving. he's a good dad, so to speak. marley also helps matty in the morning to get off his butt and run, because he's a big pup inside and likes to run on the beach.

seven months ago in the month of june as the tail was told matty found a girl he thought was older and just talked to her for a matter of hourse on the beach and just instantly...fell for her. the way she laughed and smiled was something else to him! the boy just knew she would be fun to take on dates even if though her age came as a bit of a shock. though he knew that instantly age was just a number. she seemed more mature for her age and he may or may not be slightly immature with his ways sometimes, but he wrote his number in the sand and got happy when she called. it really started off cute and remains cute...the whole no sex thing hasn't been a huge problem because he got to know her and respect her and loves her for her. though he isn't sure he'd be good at the horse riding thing. he likes the dates they go on and spending alone time with her watching a movie and they both understand why things have to be hush and cautious.

secret life: well the boy with the tatted up body and who according to rumors is a drunk has a more interesting picture to paint. the young man, first laid eyes on the girl seven months ago when she was on the beach and ever sense then she has played a big part in his personal life. there was something about her that just charmed the boy. victoria hope jean, is currently sixteen years old..five years younger than him anf he keeps it hush not only for himself but for her. the jean family lives on the outskirts of huntinton beach, and based on glance would never approve of him.

a heart wants what a heart wants, and the younger girl caught his heart. it wasn't because he was immature or trying to prety on the young lady it was juse something graceful...something that clicked. for the last seven months his secret has been her. though if he could he would scream it to the world. he doesn't know who she has told, but his sister is well aware of the two. the whole lovey dovey thing sickens her...it doesn't bother her though that he loves a sixteen year old, because she likes seeing her brother happy.

friendships: the twenty one year olds best friend is his sister abrielle elaine, because they have been together through thick and thin. they are the only two people that really know what one another has been through and thin. he loves his little sister the most out of anyone in this world. victoria hope jean, well he considers her to be his best friend and lover. he could spend a whole day talking or listening to her and never get tired. he finds that is the most important bond...friendship and love work well together. his dog marley of course is a big black lab that he adopted from the animal shelter. you know the story a mans best friend is a mans best friend!

enemies: the boy considers his parents to be the enemy because they failed him and they hurt his sister. the blood they gave birth too! he despises them and it wouldn't bother him if he never saw either of them ever again. he also hates iverson upton, who is his moms boyfriend and the man that did nasty things to his carly!

the seventeen year old dark haired boy from oregon had been chilling in his cell and he was completely and utterly bored. then he heard keys coming down the way and well he could not help but sit up in his cel on his bed. they came right down to his cell and told him the warden wanted to see him! the boy held up his hand crouched down looked into the shiney part of the toilet and fixed up his hair a bit. he got an odd look when he stood up and followed the guard down the long hall on the floor and then he thought of what was going to go down. misses velencia must have read is application and decided to maybe just give in to what he wanted. there was a hop in his step because he was excited! the boy licked his lips as his mind spun about the possoibilities. an older woman! a hardcore milf if you will! yeah his mind was rapped around that idea! maybe she saw it for what it was!
