a very essential part of school was actually attending class, but at the same time mason alexander, well he didn't like class, because he wasn't really allowed to show his full potential. jocks weren't nerds, but if he failed he knew that his father would probably give him a beating or two. the boy, well he went along seeming like the average student, because that was good enough for his father, but it was never good enough to him. the boy, well he wasn't leading his own life really he was leading the life that his father wanted him to and some people were aware of this, but others, well they weren't. when he walked into class the catcher from his team held his hand out for a high five and he smacked it. "sup bro?" he asked just to get a shrug and he took a seat in the back, but he would have rather took a seat in the front. nerds sat up there though, and that was stereotypical, but it was how his mind had to work.
the class soon filled in with other students and today there was a substitute teacher. his friend looked back at him and smirked, because not only was the woman hot, but at the same time he knew they, were going to mess with her. god why did his teacher half to be sick? this freakin' sucked! his friend whistled as she wrote her name on the board and a bunch of the guys started laughing. mason's though mason's was forced, but no one knew the difference, because he had been acting for so many years it didn't matter. sophomore history, was filled with a bunch of sophomore jocks, preps, and the occasional nerd. this was one of his least favorite classes. the boy kind of drowned out as the lady in front of him spoke and some of his asshole friends asked stupid questions to kind of throw her off her game. the boy didn't want to be here right now, but he knew it was essential.
snapping back to reality he noticed that people were pairing up and he kind of missed all the instructions. he looked about wondering who he was going to pair with. the boy didn't mind working by himself, but surely he'd be the only oddball and then there would be someone left out and he kind of just stood up and stretched glancing about. was no one lucky enough to get him? was he spared? the boy had a somewhat smile on his face and couldn't find anyone that wasn't without a partner, but he had been known to kind of miss things before. he chewed on his bottom lip and took a seat....if someone was missing a partner surely they'd tell...what was her name? misses..yeah he missed it and then he'd work with them. until then he took out his book and looked at the assignment up on the board.
