here is a simple part of frankie's history that he wanted me to type up^^
the tristan boy was almost done with school and it was kind of an exciting thing but he had some needed homework to get done. so he had his cup of coffee and his books and he'd be up all night finishing all this up but that was okay with him! he had got this and he needed to work a lot because he wasn't very smart and it took him awhile to do his homework but he did good. he had decent grades and well, he felt very proud of how he was doing in school. his sister lea was out with some friends and he knew that, but what he didn't know. was..well that she wasn't exactly okay! his parents weren't telling him what was going on because they were sure it was nothing. they didn't think something like this could happen to their daughter and that her phone was just dead and she was all wrapped up in what she was doing that she forgot.
his parents were worried sick, pacing but trying to keep calm, in hopes to not worry their son. they blew up their daughters phone, called hte police, but because it wasn't twenty-four hours. well the police couldn't do much. however, because their father was friends with the chief. well he went looking for lea and couldn't find her in any of the usual spots. but they still didn't tell frankie anything because they didn't want to worry him. they were holding up hope that she'd make it home safely and soundly. but it was getting late, and well frankie himself was beginning to worry!
he went downstairs to get another cup of coffee and his mom looked so sad, so he moved to her. "momma? whats wrong?" the older woman, well she wasn't really that old but she looked old right then, like she aged in just a few moments. "nothing frankie. im just tired, go back upstairs and study," she said, her voice sounding worn and sad and, well frankie frowned but didn't argue with his mother. he got his coffee and turned back to her, realizing his little sister hadn't gone into say anything to him, like she did all the time. "where's lea at?" she never stayed out this late, it was almost ten and it was a school night and well the eighteen year old didn't know how to take this and he made a small pout as his mother just seemed to get that much more sad! he frowned and tilted his head a bt, "mom? is she okay? is she hurt?" the tristan woman just nodded and gave a soft smile, "she's okay frankie, shes just tayiing with a friend, they have to finish up a project."
even though he trusted his mother and believed she'd never lie to him, he felt weird about this whole situation. but he just took his coffee and went right back upstairs and though he sat there, coffee in hand..he couldn't manage to finish his homework. something was wrong and someone wasn't telling him the full story. he didn't know what to do, so he moved his homework to the floor, sat the still full cup of coffee on his nightstand and laid down. he tried to call his sister, to make sure she was okay like his parents told him she was. when she didn't answer her phone...well he knew she wasn't okay! she would have answered, she would have answered or called to tell him good night something was wrong and the tristan boy, pulled his blanket over him and sent a prayer up to God because he couldn't just sit here and do nothing!
"please, please watch over lea, make sure she's okay! she has to be okay. i don't know whats wrong or why no one is telling me anything but she has to be okay. please jus let her already be asleep and her phone to be dead. please..watch over her..in jesus' name..amen," he sent the prayer up to his God and little did he know his mother was behind the doors, listening in. this caused her to break down that night in her room and her tears only made frankie that much certain that something was very much wrong with his sister. his first thoughts had gone to that aliens had taken her, abducted her. thats why she wasn't here but he pushed the thoughts away. no..they couldn't take his lea..not his pretty lea! it just wasn't allowed.
that night the boy cried..he got no sleep and his mother didn't wake him up like she usually did. but the boy had been staring at his clock for hours, watching the minutes go by until it was time for school. he took his shower and got dressed and went downstairs for his morning coffee. his parents were down there and he didn't expect them to say anything because he wasn't used to it. everyone knew that you didn't talk to frankie when he was just waking up! he had to get at least a cup of coffee in him before his mood shifted from annoyed and angry, to happy and peaceful. when he got to the coffee machine, he found the normally full machine to be all the way empty. that made him upset! he had no sleep. no coffee and there was still something wrong. he was reaching for the coffee when his father cleared his throat.
the only son turned his head to his father and glared, "what?" he wasn't meaning to be snappy and rude but they knew better and he'd apoloize later when he wasn't angry and grumpy. "come sit down son," he said, so the boy threw the coffee cup into the sink. it shattered but he didn't care, he just sat down at the table and looked at his father. "yes?" he was being a little snappy butt but his parents were being calm and lookng at him. his father had tears in his eyes and his mother just started bawling but it was her who wiped her eyes, who walked over to the boy and wrapped his arms around him. "frankie...she's missing. she wasn't at a friends..lea's missing," she breathed softly. the boy's eyes widdened and he pushed his mother. he didn't think t was hard but she fell to the floor and he frowned, his father helped her up and tried to go to frankie. but the boy hit him and pushed him and bolted. he couldn't...he didn't want to believe it and he ran out the back door. ran to the backyard to the tree with a house on it.
it was his and lea's little treehouse and he climbed up it to reveal the place they called home as children. his bear and hers were still up there and he pulled the close to him. he just held them and cried and he was shaking. he didn't want to believe it but there was nothing else to believe and he just threw the bears out the treehouse. he started to tear it apart because he had no more rational thought. everything in there ended up on the green grass bellow and finally his father came out. "franklin dean tristan, come down here now," he said but frankie continued but his father climbed up and drug him down and then the boy couldn't help but hug his father and cry into his chest. his mother was watching them and came up and joined the hug. the tristan family didn't know what to do anymore. there was an important piece of the puzzle missing and everyone knew that the family household would never be the same without the girl that made them all so happy inside.

this is abi's part of the story. this is what happened to lea, and a little in sight to why she's who she is today.
the young girl of only thirteen had been out with her friends that day after school, like usual. it was just any usual day for the young tristan girl, following the group of girls that she called friends to a spot where there were more people hanging about. the group of girls went over to boys that had to be atleast seventeen and started to talk to them. lea immediately started to feel uncomfortable and stayed back, just listening to their conversations. this was an usual thing for lea: she was always the girl in the background, because she never liked what the group of girls wanted her to do. when one of the boys took notice of her, she didn't know what to do. her eyes widened a little and she looked over at her friends, who were motioning for her to talk to the older boy. instead, lea just gave a small smile and said, "i think i'm going to go home.. i have a lot of homework to do," in her small, childlike voice. she noted the girls rolling their eyes and the frown on the boys face. she waved at the group and walked away, back towards her house where she knew she would feel safe.
if she only knew that she wouldn't step into her house that day. on her way home, she couldn't help but notice as an older woman was down on the ground, holding her ankle. she seemed to be in a lot of pain, and lea couldn't just walk by her without seeing if she would be okay! so, she put on a soft smile and walked over to the woman. she bent down beside her and looked down at her ankle, "are you alright, miss?" she asked, her childish voice polite and soft as she spoke. she watched as the painful look on the woman's face transformed and a cruel smile made its way to her lips. lea was grabbed from behind and she tried to fight, by kicking and screaming. they threw her into the car that was beside the woman, and she placed a rag over lea's face. it was choloroform, and she instantly passed out.
when she woke up, she wasn't sure where she was. was she even in bellingham anymore? her brown eyes looked around the room and noted that she had to be in a hotel room. immediately, she started to freak out. what were these people going to do with her? were they going to torture her for a little while, then kill her and dump her body? were they holding her for ransom. immediately, tears started rolling down her cheeks. she tried to move her hands, but they were tied to the bed post above her head. she threw her head back into the pillow and just cried. her sobs muffled by the piece of fabric that was over her lips, so no one could hear her. she didn't know how long it was before the woman she found on the street came back into the hotel room, it seemed like hours. by now, her face was wet with tears and her eyes were puffy and red. she looked like a mess. she watched with fearful eyes as the woman came over to her bed. she put a soft hand on her cheek and wiped away the tears that were falling. it was then that she talked to her for the first time.
"hello lea," she said, in an eerily calm voice. she had a soft smile on her lips and lea couldn't do anything but watch her and listen, "i'm sure you're wondering why we took you," the woman paused to smile back over at her, lea's body started to shake, "we've been watching you for a while now, probably a little over a month. you see, my husband and i have been searching for a young girl to take under our wing. i recently found out a year ago that i am incapable of bearing children, and so we took it upon ourselves to find a child, particularly a young girl. that's when we ran across you. we find you absolutely adorable... we want you to become our daughter."
lea could not believe what she was hearing. her eyes widened a great amount as she stared at the woman. she didn't know what to do! well.. there really wasn't anything that she could do at the moment. she just stared at her in shock, and that's when she began to speak again, "i should probably introduce myself. my name is annabelle dennis. my husband's name is richard, and you'll be meeting him later." again, no response from lea. so, the woman, now known as annabelle, reached up and took off the fabric from her mouth. lea didn't know what to do, but annabelle began speaking again, "so, lea.. what do you say?" that's when lea found her opportunity to try and seek help. there had to be someone close to their room, right? lea let out a loud scream, as loud as she could manage and started to try and escape from the ropes that had her bound. she didn't see that annabelle had taken out a knife and was hurtling it towards her leg. when the sharp knife entered her leg, her scream got ten times louder. tears started falling from her eyes and she threw her head back into the pillow, letting out sobs and screams. it was then that annabelle put the rag back over her nose and mouth. seconds later, lea was unconscious.
the next time she woke up, she was no longer in the hotel room where she was stabbed. she awoke with a start, sitting straight up and gasping. her, now free, hands went to the leg that annabelle had stabbed, to see that it was now bandaged. she took this time to look around the room that she was in. they had to be in a house now, because the room that she was in was fit for a girl around her age. the walls were a light purple, with decorative pictures. the furniture was white. there was a dresser, a vanity table, and the bed that she was currently sitting on. she stood up from the bed and slowly made her way to the door, before turning the door knob. she was free? she quickly ran out of the room that she was in, down the stairs, and to the closest phone she could find. she started to dial 911, but before she could hit the one, she was thrown to the ground. she let out a shriek and looked up to see who the culprit was. it was an older man, stocky and surely stronger than her. he went down and placed a knife at her neck, the blade digging into her skin, but not yet breaking it.
"you know that was very stupid of you," he said in his hoarse voice, his brown eyes glaring down into hers. lea was frozen and stared up at the man with fear. it was then that she heard annabelle's voice, and she never thought she'd be so happy to hear her kidnappers voice.
"get up, richard. leave her alone."
she let out a breath of relief as the man stepped away from her and she scrambled up from the floor, ignoring the pain in her leg. annabelle motioned for her to sit down, so she sat down on the sofa that was just behind her. she put her hands in her lap and looked down at them. annabelle walked up to her and bent down to her level, roughly grabbing her chin and making lea look up at her, "listen to me," she said in a stern tone, "this is what you're going to do. you're going to live here, with us, and become our daughter. it will be a whole new life. new parents, new name... probably a new look, we can't have them catching you. you can decide on what you want. but we're you're parents now, not the ones back in washington, do you understand?" lea started to cry and didn't respond to anything annabelle had just said, so she started to talk again, "if you try to go to the police, we'll know. if you try anything suspicious and do not do as we say, things will get ugly. not only will you be hurt, but your older brother, frankie, will be hurt too. understand? again, there was no response from lea. so, annabelle slapped her, hard, across the face and yelled out, "do you understand!?" lea placed a hand on her cheek and looked back up at her, before slowly nodding, "yes ma'am."
the next day, they took lea and changed her name to abigale rose dennis, dyed her hair the vibrant red, and now she lives with her kidnappers, praying to God every night that she will somehow get home to her real family. it has now been three years, and she hasn't seen them since.
